The Versa components are the first ever road components designed specifically for use with internal hubs. The Versa components are fully compatible with the Shimano Alfine 8-speed, and seamlessly control these hubs to bring out the best in performance and versatility from internally geared bicycles.

The Versa VRS-8 and Versa-11 Road shifters are an STI-style (Shimano Total Integration) shifter that integrates shifting and braking into a single lever that is mounted onto drop-style road handlebars.

Versa shifters allow for the production of internal hub geared road bicycles.

Versa uses independent up/down shifters for smooth precise shifting while pedaling coasting, or even at a complete stop.

Versa shifters give a unique clean look, high efficiency, low weight and require very low maintenance.

The carbon cords inside the patented Gates Carbon Drive™ belt offer for the first time, the necessary tensile strength and high modulus to provide the smooth, clean, and long lasting ride advantage of a “belt” driven system in a bicycle application.

The super-light sprockets are finished with a new coating specifically formulated to provide unmatched durability even in abrasive conditions. Already referred to as a “magic item, that will change many of the bikes we ride,” Gates Carbon Drive™ offers truly revolutionary technology that has created an amazing amount of end-user interest and demand.

The Carbon Drive System lasts more than twice the life of a chain. Chains are often replaced due to stretch and wear rather than actual failure. The Carbon Drive belt does not stretch, so the smooth running performance remains consistent throughout its life.

The perfect engagement of the Carbon Drive system gives an unparalleled smoothness that chains cannot meet.

The fact that the Carbon Drive system does not need any form of lubrication makes the whole drive train and subsequently the whole bike much cleaner - no grease, no dirt, no mess.

Colour is a very important component to any design scheme. This is particularly critical with accurately working with company branding.

As part of our full design service and fastidious attention to detail we have researched and established connections with suppliers such that we can match any colour required as part of a design scheme.

Colours can either be matched to pantone swatches or from colour samples.

Custom colours are always tested through samples for approval prior to moving into production.

Production of high quality decals is as important as colour when working with company branding.

We have a number of options for producing various types of decals to form parts of the design scheme including photographic techniques.
