How long does production of custom bicycles take?                     

Typically the timeframe from client sign-off to delivery is around 100 days. This is relevant for both prototyping (if required) and full production orders.

It is worth noting here that all of our bicycles go through a very thorough design process to make sure they are perfectly suited to their user requirements.

All of our bicycles are then produced entirely from the ground up to their exacting custom requirements.

To achieve our very high standards both the design and production phase take time.

Where are your bicycles designed and produced?

They are designed in Perth, Western Australia and assembled in Taiwan using a combination of Japanese, German, American, Chinese and Taiwanese components.

What is your minimum order quantity?

An order of at least 100 bicycles will be most cost effective. We can produce fewer bicycles, however the per unit cost will be higher.

How does the pricing of Special Projects work?

Indicative pricing is structured depending on bike model and component selection. Final pricing needs to be calculated for each project once the design has been developed and all custom elements have been taken into account.
